We are particularly proud of our background in business and corporate law. Mr. Brace hasn’t always been an attorney. He has operated and managed many types of businesses in his career; tax preparations, trucking and delivery services, consumer products, a law school administrator and still remembers his first work experience as a government employee. This wide range of experience gives him comprehension and appreciation of the challenges a business must face in today’s market.

His business practice has a client base comprised of a variety of small & medium sized firms involved in a wide range of products and services, manufacturing, retailing, education, entertainment, medical, farming, sports and construction.

Mr. Brace has experience in representing all facets of business-related issues, including interpreting, negotiating & writing contractual agreements, civil rights, employer-employee relations and real property issues.

As legal counsel for several privately held corporations, including the Northern California Sections of the PGA of America, he serves on their Board of Directors.  Clients that maintain this relationship over a long term realize a valuable asset.   When a company has a trusted source that is able to foresee and consul regarding potential legal situations in advance, it is able to avoid making plans that can lead to future undesirable consequenses.
